Terms & Conditions

1. All parts purchased will comply with the "Supply of Goods Act 1994" and are of satisfactory quality unless specified at time of sale.

2. Guarantee/Warranty

(a) All used parts carry a 90 day guarantee.

(b) All new parts carry 12 month guarantee

3. Only parts listed on our invoice are covered by the guarantee.

4. All parts supplied are marked; removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee.

5. No parts are to be altered, modified or dismantled in any way without prior permission; failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee.

6. All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/chain, new filters and new oil upon installation. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the guarantee been rendered NULL & VOID.

7. All gearboxes must be filled with new oil, to the correct level upon installation. Auto gearboxes must be fitted with the torque converter supplied with the gearbox failure to do so will invalidate your guarantee.

8. All parts supplied are on a PARTS ONLY basis Bradgate Motors are unable to accept responsibility for labour charges incurred in fitting or removal of parts purchased from us. Nor do we accept any responsibility for vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss

9.Mail Order/Long Distance Selling Rules

(a) You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days from the date of purchase

(b) Should you wish to exercise this right, we will need confirmation in writing either by letter or email, details of which are at the bottom of this page.

10. Returns

All items where possible must be returned well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The receipt must be returned with the item, or a letter explaining what the part is and the reason for its return.

Any item purchased from ourselves can be returned within the 90 day guarantee period for a full refund.

(a) Returns (New Parts Supplied)

All new parts supplied must be returned in the original manufactures box that they were supplied in. In the case of body panels, they must come back unpainted and in the plastic wrapper with the suppliers label.

11. Faulty Parts/Broken Parts/Incorrectly Supplied Parts

In most cases if appropriate we can exchange the item. If this is not required and a refund is sort please contact us by email or telephone.

In some cases images of the sent item may need to be provided, or if your garage has supplied you with a replacement item a copy of the bill could be emailed saving on return postage costs.

Where an item needs to be sent back for us to check or examine it prior to a refund, “we will bear the cost” of the return postage up to a limit of £10 as long as a postage receipt is provided.

Any item that you get a postage price for that is more than the £10, please contact our customer service team and we will make arrangements to collect it.

12. Refunds

All parts are checked on return for our security markings. Once passed the returns check the item will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days

14. Pricing

All items on the website include VAT at the current rate and free delivery. Please be aware that free delivery is only for U.K mainland addresses.

The free delivery is via Royal Mail and usually in most cases can take 3-7 working days to deliver.

There are 24 hour delivery options available at an extra charge which is on the website. Please select this prior to payment if required. Cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm.

15. Delivery

Please be aware certain U.K areas have additional postage charges that are out of our control. These are Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please contact us for a accurate postage price before proceeding.

Please check all goods supplied on delivery where possible. If the courier will not let you open and check the item, you must sign and add the words 'DAMAGED'. This will cover you and us against any damage inflicted whilst in carriage. This does not affect your warranty we give with the item.

In the case if a damaged item, you will need to notify us within 24 hours of receipt for us to process a claim with the courier company involved.
